I believe this is how you embed a video. On the youtube page, it has a button that says embed. Copy paste that code to show a vid.



This video has a few examples of some really cool kinetic sculptures that produce the illusion of both contracting and expanding. On this page you will find more examples. I didn't look at all of them, but the concept is certainly something to consider.
